Our rich and creamy truffles feature a ganache center using a traditional European recipe that includes butter.  

Raspberry truffles have fresh raspberry puree blended with our signature ganache.

Classic Chocolate truffles are unadulterated chocolate ganache, and a great truffle for experiencing our signature blend of chocolate.

Wine pairings: Raspberry truffles go well with Chardonnay in milk chocolate or Cabernet Sauvignon in dark chocolate. Our Classic Chocolate truffles are incredibly versatile and can pair with anything from a red wine with dark fruit profiles to sparkling white wine.
