Cocoa Nibs / Peanut Butter Truffles

Our rich and creamy truffles feature a ganache center using a traditional European recipe that includes butter.  This decadent chocolate will melt in your mouth instantly.

Cocoa nibs is our Master Chocolatier's favorite truffle variety, and a dark chocolate-lover's delight.  A dark chocolate ganache is enrobed in dark chocolate and adorned with crushed, lightly roasted cocoa beans, which add a bitter crunch to the finish. The flavor profile can be likened to a good cup of coffee or a single-origin chocolate bar.

Peanut Butter is a crowd-pleasing ganache made with pure peanut butter and milk chocolate.  Choose from a milk or dark chocolate outer shell.
