What is the order lead time?
- 2-3 weeks: lead time for standard offerings found in the Favor Guide.
- 4-6 weeks: lead time for custom requests.

You may also have your own chocolate bar made with your custom message on it starting at $225. See our section on "Custom Chocolate Bars" below to learn more!
At this time, due to supply chain issues, we are unable to order personalized ribbon from our supplier. But if you order your own personalized ribbon, we will tie it for you!

Custom Chocolate Bars
Do you offer custom chocolate molds?
Yes! You can put your name or custom message on a chocolate bar.
Custom chocolate mold quick facts:
- One-time set-up fee startng at $225
- 4-6 week lead time
- Multiple shapes and sizes of chocolate available
- No minimum chocolate order required
- Personalized chocolates can be packaged individually for event favors, or can be inserted into various gift assortment boxes found on page 4 of our Business Gift Guide.

Shipping & Storage
Can you ship favors?
Yes, we can ship favors within the continental US with some restrictions.
During warm weather months, we cannot ship favors to locations that exceed 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

Please note that ribbons tied on favors will be tied in the knot style rather than the bow style for safe shipment.
How do I store my chocolates? what is the shelf-life?
Store your chocolates in a climate-controlled room (air conditioned in warm weather). About 70 degrees or cooler is best.
Do not store your chocolates in the fridge - they will condensate and absorb other smells.
The shelf life is 4-6 weeks. You can double-wrap and freeze your chocolates for up to 6 months.
