Summer Shipping Information
Our retail store is closed for walk-in purchases due to COVID-19. If you need chocolate immediately, we offer ‘window shopping’ from the front of our store or you can order online and choose curbside pick-up.
If you choose to have your order shipped, please know that we take extra precautions during warm-weather months to ensure your chocolates arrive safely. We use ice packs and insulated materials to keep your chocolates protected from the heat - at no additional cost to you.
Here are some things you need to know:
During summer months, we only ship on Monday and Tuesday. (We also ship on Wednesday to Ohio addresses). This ensures your order is not sitting in a hot distribution warehouse over the weekend. Please know that orders placed after 5:00 PM on Tuesday (5:00 PM Wednesday for OH) will not ship until the following week.
We use second-day delivery. However, due to COVID-19, carriers are experiencing delivery delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Although we ship our chocolates with ice packs and insulation, please be sure your recipient knows that a gift will be arriving so their package does not sit in a hot doorway. If shipping to a business, please be certain that the business is open.
