Dear loyal Sweet Designs Customers,
In order to better serve you, we have been remodeling our storefront to allow for both curbside and walk-in service.
While we had hoped to welcome you inside the store sooner, supply chain delays and labor shortages mean our remodel and expansion have been delayed.
Due to COVID, we saw an increase in online business, so we adapted our storefront to serve as an order fulfillment center. With a global shortage of chocolate, we are also using our storefront as a raw ingredient storage space to ensure that we can continue to offer you the best chocolate in Cleveland.
Because of these challenges, we will continue outdoor service - including curbside pick-up and walk-up ordering - at our outdoor service desk. We appreciate your patience, and we look forward to welcoming you back inside as time allows.
