Mozart Truffles boast a pistachio marzipan center with a rich and creamy hazelnut gianduja layer, all coated in our signature dark chocolate.   Named Mozartkugel in German, the history of the Mozart Truffle began 1890 in Salzburg, the birthplace of W. A. Mozart, when master confectioner Paul Fürst developed the recipe to honor the great composer.

Café Mocha Truffles have a bold coffee taste. Our rich and creamy truffles feature a ganache center using a traditional European recipe that includes butter.  This decadent chocolate will melt in your mouth instantly.
