Mozart Truffles boast a pistachio marzipan center with a rich and creamy hazelnut gianduja layer, all coated in our signature dark chocolate.   Named Mozartkugel in German, the history of the Mozart Truffle began 1890 in Salzburg, the birthplace of W. A. Mozart, when master confectioner Paul Fürst developed the recipe to honor the great composer.
